When You Reach the Summit

People look up at the mountain
and all hope to reach the summit.
Once they have done their best and reached the summit,
what everyone does is look down at the foot of the mountain,
wondering who is coming up to this summit
and who is going down from this summit to the bottom.
That is all they keep in mind, so they are unhappy even at the summit.
But when you reach the summit,
bend down very low and do not raise your head.
If, lowering yourself with a humble heart,
you show people the way up to the summit,
how could anyone, because you are at the summit,
be jealous of you?
You must always lower yourself and be humble.
