Become a Flowing River

Be a person like a clear river.
In a clear river you can see right to the bottom,
so you may think that even what you would rather hide will be exposed
and feel ashamed,
but do not worry at all.
When I, the true light, shine on that river,
no one can see into it;
they will see only the brightly shining water.
That is the child I want.
A child who reflects my light all the more,
such a child I long for.
If the water were spoiled and foul,
it could not reflect my light as it should.
Always be a river that flows with the word.
Then you will never go foul,
and you can become a clear river
that shows off my light beautifully.
