A Pastor Must Be Good Soil

A pastor is the ground, and believers are the trees.
If the believers entrusted to pastors were called sheep,
pastors would make the excuse that the sheep did not listen
and went off somewhere else;
that is why I see them as trees.
Just as trees dry up when the ground dries up,
if a pastor does not become good soil,
then to save the trees that are drying up
I will begin the work of moving them to good soil.
