The Parable of the Fish

Look carefully at the fish.
When you look at a young fish, you cannot tell now what kind it is
or what it will look like,
but as time passes, beautiful colors, beautiful lines,
beautiful markings, a beautiful form appear,
and it is loved just by staying still before people.
In the same way, when you have read the Bible through once or twice, you do not really know what it is,
but as you do it again and again, you will become wise
and you will surely meet me.
You too, like the fish, will one day
see the day come when you show your beauty.
Lean on the Holy Spirit so that you never stop growing.
