Love
is like the air that fills the sky and fills the earth.
To watch you take the love I gave and be happy with it,
and to find, in turn, my own joy in that—this is love.
The salvation I give you is like this too.
For salvation I gave even my life,
yet I did not begrudge it,
and your delight in it has become a great joy to me.
What is that, if not love?
