With Strength of Spirit

Though you search for those who fought against you, you will not find them;
those who struck you will become as nothing,
like something empty and vain.
It is not that God cursed them and destroyed them;
it is because you were first born again and grew through the word
that the enemies who tormented God’s child
stumbled over their own sins and fell.
So those who belong to God must stand firm on the word,
and overcome Satan not by striking the enemy in the flesh
but with strength of spirit.
