You Must Climb the Mountain to See

If you climb the mountain, you can see the road you long to take
farther ahead, and see it clearly.
So why do you keep circling at the foot of the mountain instead of climbing?
If you prepare with the word and prayer and climb with patience,
you will surely see the stony ground and the thorny paths
before you reach them, and go around them,
and you can walk on, seeing even God’s blessings and plans.
Come now, take heart and climb up here.
Only by climbing the mountain can you see.
