Obedience and Blind Obedience

You say you will give yourselves to God,
then follow blindly and are torn within,
but this is never true obedience.
Blind obedience is zealous for the unjust and the righteous alike,
but obedience is zealous only for what is righteous,
which is why devotion to the word of Jesus Christ
is the fruit of obedience and the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
You mistake your own zeal for obedience,
but you need to know that human faithfulness and sanctified faithfulness
are not the same.
