This Is What Hardship Is

If you dislike the work you are doing now, you’ll just quit it, won’t you?
That is only gaining experience;
it cannot be called hardship.
When you want to quit but cannot quit as you please,
when you want to run away but there is no way at all to escape,
that is when you call it hardship.
But all of that has now come to an end,
so do not be afraid.
