Watercourse Church is a church that builds up precious souls in the Word of God.
People who have lived very different lives become one body with Christ at the center, and together we are a church growing more like Jesus in His love.
Hearing, learning and understanding the Word, we grow in faith, and in that faith we are a church that carries the gospel to the ends of the earth.
Just as Jesus bore the cross for sinners, the members of Watercourse Church are a church that gives itself in hope.

Even on your first visit, you won't be left on your own. We'll show you to a seat and greet you first. If you'd rather not be shown around, you're welcome to simply join the worship and go.

First-time visitors
I've never been to church. Is that okay?
Of course. Nothing makes us gladder than welcoming someone who has come wanting to believe in Jesus for the first time. It's fine if you don't know the Bible. If you have any questions, feel free to ask the pastors or elders, or anyone sitting beside you. Everyone will be happy to answer. A Bible study for new believers is also held regularly, which will help you get to know the Bible.
Do I need to bring anything to worship?
Neat, modest clothes are all you need. Bibles are provided at the church, and the Scripture is also shown on screen during the service, so you don't need to bring your own. If you take your seat about 10 minutes before the service begins, you can start with a settled heart.
What should I do when I first arrive?
If you come a little early, you can meet the pastors or elders before the service. The elders stand at the church entrance, so just tell them it's your first time and they will gladly welcome you and show you around.
Is there a service for children?
Children have services of their own. Preschool and Elementary meet at 10 AM on Sunday, and the Youth Group meets from 1 PM. During the adult service, children sometimes join the worship on a monitor outside the sanctuary, and sometimes do a separate program or simply relax, cared for by the deaconesses. The Youth Group also takes part in the Sunday Service.

Is there parking?
You can park in the underground parking lot next to Mega Coffee. The church will validate your parking, so just let a deacon nearby know. Take the elevator from the parking lot up to the 1st floor, then take the elevator in the connected building next door up to the 4th floor.
What if there's no parking space?
It can get a little busy on Sundays, so if you come about 30 minutes early you'll have plenty of time to park. If there's no good spot, it's fine to park on the street on Sundays.
How do small groups work?
Each adult member belongs to a suitable small group. On the second and fourth weeks of each month, each small group studies the Bible, and on the first week we all gather for fellowship. Staying in the same small group for the year, we learn the Word and pray for one another.
Will I have to introduce myself on my first visit?
We don't ask anyone to come to the front and introduce themselves. Above all, we want first-time visitors to feel no pressure. Instead, a mentor will stay alongside you as you get used to the church.
How long is the service?
The Sunday Service starts at 11 AM and ends around 12:30 PM. The Friday Service starts at 9:30 PM and ends around 10:30 PM.
Is there anything after the service?
After the service we all have lunch together. After the meal, the new believers' Bible study and other Bible study groups meet.
Is there an offering, or a time to write my name?
There is an offering near the end of the service. No one is ever pressured, though. It is entirely voluntary, so please feel at ease. If you do write your name, it is not shown to anyone else and is used only to issue year-end tax receipts.
Do I have to register as a member first?
No. You don't need to register right away. Come a few times, and once you've made up your mind, it won't be too late to register as a member of Watercourse Church then.
